All orders must be prepaid before shipping and we accept returns for any reason within 10
days of receipt of your orders. For reason of hygiene according to the law intimate apparel items can not be returned. Please
be advised. all items are proccesed by our quality control department. we verified all items that arrives from the manufacture
are in prefect conditions before shipping. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition like new, unworn or washed including
with the original tag with your purchase receipt and the reason for the return. We do not refund money for used shipment
or for any items purchase. We only accept exhanges or store credit and 15 % restocking fee is apply for the new shipping
